What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellation policies (surf, waterpark, lodging) are outlined on our Waco Surf Cancellation Policies page. Please review before booking.
What happens in bad weather?
We operate rain or shine, and all sales are final. If there is lightning within 10 miles: If surf is canceled by the resort for any reason, a Surf Resort Credit valid for 12 months will be issued. Travel costs are not reimbursed.
